I had an exceptional experience at the hotel, especially because of the service. The check-in was incredibly efficient, and the receptionist made me feel welcomed right away. Farida was especially kind and attentive, which truly stood out during my stay. However, I felt a bit under the weather during my visit, which might have affected my overall enjoyment.
